SpiceCom is the first YWAM Com Team to serve the Indian sub-continent. It is in very early stages of development.
The first major team development meeting took place in mid August '08. This virtual team came together physically for 3 intense days to plan, brainstorm, collaborate and commit to serve the Indian sub-continent (S.Asia sub-field serving 5 regions). This team will seek to connect YWAM across the entire sub-continent and to develop more teams regionally in the coming years. Apart from being a conduit for information flow in YWAM, this team will seek to mind the language and technology access gaps in this part of the YWAM world, with a high emphasis placed on Storytelling and MemberCare.
